Items can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of the
date of delivery. Please send the item(s) with your initial
invoice to the following address for a full refund excluding

ethically me will refund you according to method of payment.
If you have paid by credit card, please specify your credit
card number. This is because we do not store customers credit
card numbers and will need to know which credit card number
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange any items that
are used or damaged by customers. Please note that ethically
me does not cover the cost of returning goods
We would recommend that all goods are returned using either
a recorded or special delivery. In the case of a lost packages,
this will allow you to track your parcel. ethically me are
unable to refund you if a package does not arrive at our offices
Please could you fill out the form on the back of the invoice
to indicate the reason of you return.
Refunds are made within 15 days after the
return of goods.
